When you reach out to our firm you will always get to speak to a lawyer who will take you through what they consider to be the best course of action. A further discussion in our office is usually the next step to discuss the case substantively. It is possible that a fee is charged for this discussion.

Naast deze kosten betaal je ook nog het griffierecht (bijdrage in de kosten van de Rechtbank) ad € 304,00 en de kosten van de benodigde uittreksels.
In addition to these costs you also pay the court registry fee (a contribution towards the costs of the court) of € 304,00 and the costs of the required extracts.
Wanneer jullie hier de voorkeur aan geven kan de mediation ook op basis van het uurtarief (€ 250,00 per uur excl. 21% BTW) plaatsvinden.
If you prefer, the mediation can also take place on the basis of the hourly rate (€ 250,00 per hour excl. 21% VAT).
Komen jullie beiden voor gefinancierde rechtsbijstand in aanmerking, dan geldt voor beiden enkel de eigen bijdrage plus verschotten. Komt één van jullie beiden in aanmerking, dan geldt voor diegene de eigen bijdrage en voor de ander het uurtarief op basis van 50%, naast de verschotten.
If you both qualify for subsidised legal aid, only the personal contribution plus disbursements apply to both of you. If one of you qualifies, that person pays the personal contribution and the other pays the hourly rate at 50%, in addition to the disbursements.
Salariscriteria kennismigranten
Salary criteria for highly skilled migrants
Het bruto maandsalaris in geld (exclusief vakantiegeld) moet voldoen aan de volgende normen van 2023.
The gross monthly salary in money (excluding holiday allowance) must meet the following 2023 standards.
- Kennismigrant ouder dan 30 jaar Highly skilled migrant over 30 years of age € 5.008,00
- Kennismigrant jonger dan 30 jaar Highly skilled migrant under 30 years of age € 3.672,00
- Kennismigrant die in Nederland afgestudeerd is en die in aansluiting op de studie dan wel gedurende het zoekjaar, werk als kennismigrant vindt Highly skilled migrant who graduated in the Netherlands and who finds work as a highly skilled migrant directly after the study or during the orientation year € 2.631,00
Vanaf 1 januari 2025 gelden de volgende nieuwe salariscriteria voor kennismigranten.
From 1 January 2025 the following new salary criteria for highly skilled migrants apply.
- Ouder dan 30 jaar Over 30 years of age € 5688
- Jonger dan 30 jaar Under 30 years of age € 4171
- Derde criterium Third criterion € 2989
Voorwaarde is dat de werkgever in Nederland bij de IND is geregistreerd als erkend referent. Vraag ons naar de voorwaarden die op uw aanvraag van toepassing zijn.

Dit kan ook met maximaal 200% worden verhoogd in het geval van recidive. Bovendien kunnen werkzaamheden preventief worden stilgelegd en kan de naam van uw bedrijf in het kader van 'naming and shaming' op internet worden geplaatst als overtreder.
This can be increased by up to 200% in the event of a repeat offence. Work can also be halted as a precaution, and the name of your company can be published online as an offender under 'naming and shaming'.
